STANDARD REGISTRATION

BASIC REGISTRATION

Essential Access for General Sessions

Ideal for attendees participating in core services and sessions without the full keepsake package:

  • Full Conference Registration

  • Official Program Booklet

Note: Additional keepsake items are not included but will be available for purchase.

The following commemorative items will be available in limited quantities:

Please note: quantities are limited and available while supplies last.

 

SOUVENIR JOURNAL INFORMATION

  • Individuals who registered at the Legacy Level and/or purchased a full-page ad are entitled to one (1) souvenir journal.

  • Individuals registered at the Standard or Basic level, and/or those who purchased a half-page ad, do not receive a journal as part of registration.

If you would like a journal, it must be purchased separately: 140th Anniversary Souvenir Journal Order Form 

 

Availability & Fulfillment

  • A limited number of journals will be available on-site for purchase.

  • If inventory is depleted, a post-convocation order will be placed based on demand.

  • This additional order is not guaranteed and will depend on the total number of requests received.

 

DISTRICT DISTRIBUTION (NON-ATTENDEES)

If you purchased a souvenir journal through your district and do not plan to attend: Journals will be distributed to your district leadership after convocation

  • Districts will coordinate final delivery

  • Shipping/distribution will occur within one (1) week following convocation

REGISTRATION HOURS (ON-SITE)

Tuesday – Friday

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Lunch Closure: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

  • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Registration will not be available on Saturday or Sunday.

CHILDCARE SERVICES

Childcare services will be available during evening services only, Tuesday through Friday, for children of registered attendees.

Availability

  • Tuesday – Friday (Evening Services Only)

  • Childcare will begin prior to the start of service and conclude at the end of service each evening.

Registration Required

To ensure appropriate staffing and a safe, well-prepared environment, advance sign-up is required.

 

UHCA Convocation Childcare Sign-Up 

  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed

  • Childcare will be provided based on confirmed registrations

  • If no children are registered for a specific evening, services may not be held that night  

Childcare services are provided at no cost to attendees as part of the convocation experience.

 

Important Notes

  • Parents/guardians must sign children in and out each evening

  • Additional details (location, drop-off times, and guidelines) will be shared with those who register

  • Please complete one form per child
